Northeast Biofuels invite to Oilseed Rape Grower Network Open Day

For a number of years, Northeast Biofuels (NEB) a cluster of businesses associated with agriculture and the petrochemical industry, supported by the Regional Strategy for Transport Biofuels, has been developing the biofuels industry within the North East and promoting an emerging market for the oilseed rape crop.

We are pleased to invite you to attend our 2008-09 oilseed rape demonstration site, which is located at Eryholme near Darlington, arranged with the kind permission of the Gibbon family and co-operation of NEB member company Agrovista UK Limited.

Demonstration includes: Comparison of OSR varieties and cultivation techniques• Agrochemical and nutritional treatments including development products• Farm business advice clinic from Agrogate specialist• Valtra B100 biodiesel powered tractor• A range of exhibitors including:• NRoSO and BASIS CPD points awarded for those attending• Food and refreshments provided
